About the Role

This is a role for someone with a sharp mathematical mind and a strong digital background. - Own end to end customer reporting across acquisition, retention and lifetime value (LTV).
- Analyze performance through cohorts built by acquisition period, subscriber status and entry product category.
- Track and report on CAC, LTV and LTV to CAC to evaluate marketing efficiency and long term ROI.
- Partner with Finance to build revenue and customer models, including cohort analysis and unit economics.
- Lead sales and customer forecasting efforts, owning the accuracy and documentation of forecasts.
- Partner with the Media team to ensure accurate performance data and clear measurement of paid channels.
- Use AI to bring efficiencies to reporting and uncover actionable insights.
- Translate complex data into clear business narratives for technical and non technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar role.

- A solid grasp of CAC, LTV and LTV to CAC, along with cohort analysis and unit economics.
- Experience in ecommerce, SaaS or subscription business models is an asset.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift is an asset.
- Experience with Python, R or other scripting languages is an asset.
- A track record of working with Finance, Product and Operations teams.
