About the Role
Home Instead Westminster is seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive Care Professionals to make a real impact in the lives of older adults in their local community. We offer a supportive and collaborative team environment where every visit is at least 2 hours, allowing for strong relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and a listening ear.
- Assist with shopping, light housekeeping, and preparing nutritious meals.
- Support with personal care, mobility, or medication reminders.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, or for walks.
- Bring dignity, joy, and independence to someone’s daily routine.
Requirements
- Must be local to Westminster or surrounding areas.
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
- Fluent in English and a confident communicator.
- Comfortable with walking and using public transport to reach clients.
