About the Role
Join our upscale Wellness Practice, offering a variety of services including Chiropractic, Massage, Weight Loss, Acupuncture, Red Light therapy, nutrition, and pain management. We are expanding and seeking friendly, outgoing staff to be part of a great team. This role offers room for growth into new and exciting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk operations.
- Handle incoming calls.
- Verify new patient insurance and collect payments.
- Call patients regarding missed appointments.
- Undertake marketing projects to improve the practice.
- Assist the Office Manager with projects to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Customer Service, Hospitality, Spa, or Gym experience.
- Excellent computer and phone skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to type with proper grammar and spelling in written correspondence.
- High energy and reliability.
- Positive attitude and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Belief in wellness and alternative medicine with a passion to help people.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn high-tech software.
- Ability to solve problems and propose solutions.
