About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Residential HVAC Installer in Rochester, NY, who is eager to learn and grow within the company. This role is crucial for ensuring homeowners receive high-quality HVAC installations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, water heaters, etc., for residential clients.
- Educate homeowners, build relationships, and address their HVAC concerns.
- Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork.
- Ensure installed HVAC equipment is clean, safe, and meets high standards before departure.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other job-required equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
Skills
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Desire to learn skills necessary to become a proficient Residential Installer.
