About the Role
Optimize execution at the account level and cost-effectively distribute company products. Improve market share, distribution, account relationships, product shelf position, and optimize case sales per stop. Develop personal relationships with retailers to enhance a positive image of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Call on assigned accounts according to schedule.
- Provide coverage for vacations, personal days, and holiday weeks for assigned teams.
- Responsible for the sales of all brands, packages, and promotions offered by the Company.
- Collect all accounts receivable within designated accounts per company policy.
- Adhere to all sales standards, including P.O.S. and product rotation.
- Attend all sales functions, including meetings and promotions.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with sales and deliveries.
- Merchandise customer accounts, including product rotation, shelf replenishment, display, and POS setup.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must have access to a motor vehicle with the capacity to transport POS during all working hours.
- Must complete all Red Bull Wing Tips training.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to read labels and comprehend various coding systems.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 250 pounds.
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
