About the Role
JLL is implementing AI agents within HR functions, including recruiting, employee services, HR operations, benefits, and payroll. You will be responsible for a specific HR area as part of a small engineering team, leveraging the central AI team's methodology and platform to develop and deploy AI agents and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship agents for HR in partnership with HR SMEs and operators.
- Set up MCP servers and connectors, progressing through pre-production to production.
- Develop skills, integrations, and evaluations on JLL's AI platform.
- Conduct workshops with HR teams to translate workflows into agent skills.
- Provide feedback on patterns, anti-patterns, and platform gaps to the Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Shipped production agents using Claude Agent SDK, MCP, or equivalent.
- Production code experience in Python, Node, or .NET, with flexibility across languages.
- Full stack engineering experience including modern frontend (React, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript), backend services, REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, SSO, JWT), and automated testing.
- Cloud experience deploying and operating production workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, databases, storage, secrets management, networking, and monitoring.
- CI/CD and DevOps experience with automated pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with diverse data stores (relational, NoSQL, object/blob, vector, document).
- Operated end-to-end as a one-person team: design, ship, support, and hand off.
