Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including intake interviews, screenings, and evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations for comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention services, including de-escalation and safety planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources.
Requirements
- Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Required

- $58,000-$103,000 a year
