About the Role
The Managed Strategies team within Private Wealth Management is seeking a Structured Product focused senior Vice President. The team provides investment ideas and trade execution in cross-asset derivatives and structured investments, as well as delivering scalable trading solutions and platforms. This role involves driving growth in a core business line through technical understanding and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive distribution strategy across EMEA PWM clients within advisory and discretionary Structured Note businesses.
- Structure and price complex securitized cross-asset derivatives for PWM clients.
- Collaborate with clients and Private Wealth Advisors to brainstorm, price, and present investment ideas.
- Participate in and lead business development initiatives focused on new distribution strategies and product launches.
- Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Management on various projects.
- Work with an experienced team of Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and Investment Advisors.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in structured products, derivatives sales, structuring, or trading.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce client-ready materials and deliver investment pitches.
- Significant client coverage experience.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity.
