About the Role
Implements, coordinates, and monitors the program delivery system in conjunction with the Director. Provides program direction and ensures a high level of meaningful activities for day program attendees.

- Implements, coordinates, and monitors program delivery system.
- Provides program direction.
- Ensures the provision of a high level of meaningful activities to day program attendees.
- Responsible for staff training program, including monitoring training needs, frequency, and amount.
- Performs all job responsibilities in full compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Adheres to the agency’s corporate compliance program.
- Completes corporate compliance training at least annually.
- Fully cooperates in all corporate compliance investigations and reviews.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of day habilitation (690) regulations.
- Knowledge of the Precision Care Application.
Experience Level
- Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience.
Education Level
- B.A/B.S. degree in a related field.
- QIDP status.
