About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee various properties in our German region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a measurable impact on business results.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate reporting and maintain revenue management systems.
- Implement pricing and segmentation strategies to drive profitability.
- Partner with hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks.
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize room revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and performance data to inform pricing decisions.
- Prepare and manage hotel budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks.
- Oversee daily review and implementation of rate and inventory controls.
- Provide detailed reports on revenue performance, booking pace, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute effective pricing and distribution strategies.
- Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing across all distribution channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management (multi-property experience is a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; additional education in revenue management preferred.
- Fluent in English, German.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple properties.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have the legal right to work in Germany.
