About the Role
As a Beauty Confidant, you will embody the values of the Brand by creating a unique and personal one-to-one client experience in-store.
Responsibilities
- Generate maximum sales volume
- Provide superior client service
- Relate to customer needs to ensure repeat sales and customer loyalty
- Demonstrate interest, courtesy, and sincerity during client interactions
- Conduct exceptional client consultations
- Achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account
- Increase the customer base and build future business
- Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication
