About the Role
We are seeking two AI Solution Engineers to leverage AI in our internal operations, including support, sales, and development. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to developing solutions with business departments, and the remaining time will be spent training colleagues on effective AI usage. You will work collaboratively, providing mutual support and dividing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess workflows in business departments to identify areas where AI can provide immediate benefits and where it is not yet applicable.
- Implement Use Cases from Proof of Concept to productive deployment, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Plan and conduct training sessions and office hours, explaining changes, and addressing questions and concerns to ensure safe and efficient AI utilization.
- Connect AI enablers within the business departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in software development, automation, or technical consulting.
- Experience with generative AI from at least two projects.
- Experience in object-oriented programming.
- Ability to explain technology in a way that non-technical teams can understand.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
