About the Role
Capstone Investment Advisors is seeking intellectually curious, analytical, and motivated candidates for its 2027 Summer Tech Enterprise internship. This ten-week program offers practical exposure to the firm's Tech Enterprise team and broader working environment, including potential exposure to Middle Office and Treasury technologies. Interns will support daily activities and complete a defined project addressing a relevant business need.
Responsibilities
- Support the Tech Enterprise team's day-to-day activities.
- Complete a defined project designed to provide a meaningful learning experience and address a relevant business need.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate or postgraduate in a STEM subject (expected to graduate in 2028).
- Coding experience (extra-curricular projects are a bonus).
- Demonstrated interest in Finance and technology outside of study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- A professional and accountable approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively and operate in a manner consistent with the firm’s culture and values.
