About the Role
Savills Economics is seeking an Associate / Associate Director to join our growing Market Assessment team in London. This is a senior role within a market-leading advisory team, delivering high-profile work that influences planning, development, investment and location decisions across the UK. The team specialises in commercial needs assessments, supply and demand analysis, market evidence and strategic research, supporting major industrial and logistics, data centre, office and hotel developments. You will lead complex projects from inception through to delivery, managing technical analysis, modelling and reporting while providing direction and quality assurance to junior colleagues. You will translate complex market data, policy and commercial evidence into clear, robust recommendations for clients.
