About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our customers and our field team. You’ll respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and chat messages, support scheduling, billing, and service inquiries, and deliver professional, empathetic communication that reflects our values. You will also help coordinate service appointments, follow up with customers, perform administrative tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently, and multi-task to assist technicians and customers meet all needs.
