About the Role
This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best quality care and support the growth of our business. We want the candidate to mentor our Care Professionals and develop them to ensure excellent quality care.
Responsibilities
- Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends.
- Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development of Care Professionals.
Requirements
- Full driving licence/access to a vehicle is essential.
- Flexibility with an emphasis on exceptional quality of care.
- Experience of providing a quality service.
- Ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals.
- Must have previous domiciliary care experience.
- Must have all right to work documents.
- Must be resident in the UK.
- Subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
