About the Role
Savills' Global Occupier Services Strategic Consulting team partners with leading occupiers to solve complex real estate, workplace, and business transformation challenges. We are seeking an experienced Associate, Programme, or Project Manager to advise on the design, mobilization, and delivery of high-profile transformation programs that create measurable business value for clients. This role combines program management, consulting, and business development, contributing to winning new work, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Advise on the design, mobilization, and delivery of high-profile transformation programs.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the governance, operating models, and delivery frameworks.
- Contribute to winning new work through compelling proposals and tender responses.
- Build trusted client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand advisory services.
Requirements
- Experience in transformation, program management, real estate, or workplace consulting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
