About the Role
The Group Risk Team is responsible for identifying, monitoring, and managing key risks across all of AXIS’s business and operations. This role supports the ongoing development of the view of risk, enabling the business to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the core components of the enterprise risk management framework.
- Assist the team in the preparation and production of internal risk reporting materials.
- Support the delivery of stress and scenario testing, including coordinating data collection, performing analysis, and contributing to results preparation.
- Support the Internal Model Validation process by gathering key data, metrics, and dashboards.
- Support Syndicate risk reporting, including the preparation of regular and ad hoc risk reports.
- Support other members of the Group ERM team in challenging AXIS’s first-line processes relating to key business risks.
- Help maintain the risk management system and its data.
- Participate in project work and deep-dive assessments of topical areas.
- Take on additional duties, responsibilities, and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.
