About the Role

We are seeking a Social Worker / Social Pedagogue for individual coaching of young adults at the Neukölln location, available immediately. We provide individual and holistic support to help participants become independent and develop a motivating future perspective.

Responsibilities

Intensive relationship building

Anamnesis, care planning, and reporting
Referral counseling and collaboration with support systems
Self-help assistance - empowerment
Constructive collaboration with clients and authorities

Requirements

Completed degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy or comparable degrees (e.g., Heilpädagogik or Rehabilitations-/Special Education)
Alternatively, other pedagogical degrees with at least one year of professional experience with the target group
Empathy and professionalism in engaging with individuals in difficult life situations
Willingness for close collaboration with network partners, authorities, and employers
Value neutrality and reliability
German language proficiency at C1 level (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Skills
