About the Role

This is a hands-on, three-month paid internship focused on building and launching lifecycle programs to convert new Teya merchants into long-term members. It's an opportunity for someone early in their career to gain experience in lifecycle marketing within a high-growth environment, working with leading talent, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Build campaigns and journeys in Braze, including one-off sends and multi-step Canvases, utilizing Liquid, segments, and QA.
  • Bring lifecycle campaigns to life across email, in-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and content cards, contributing to copy, design briefs, and channel choices.
  • Localize campaigns at scale using Lokalise and regional teams to ensure consistent quality across up to 9 markets.
  • Support the test-and-learn program by setting up testing, gathering results, and feeding learnings back into iterations.
  • Utilize AI as a core part of the workflow, working with skills and automations to speed up build, QA, content, and analysis cycles, and apply agents to Braze canvases.
  • Gain merchant insights by listening to customer calls, shadowing CR and Inside Sales teams, and developing an understanding of the target audience.
  • Contribute fresh thinking to campaigns through ideas, copy, and small experiments to improve them.

Requirements

  • Strong academic record from a leading university, either recently graduated or in the final year.
  • Demonstrated achievement outside of studies, such as leading a society, starting a business/side project, or winning a competition.
  • Ideally, some work experience through an internship, placement, or part-time job (not necessarily in marketing).
  • Demonstrated interest in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or owned growth (e.g., running a newsletter, growing a community, Braze/HubSpot certification).
  • Strong writing skills, capable of producing campaign copy that sounds natural.
  • Comfort with numbers and a desire to understand results.
  • Curiosity about AI tooling and experience with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Eagerness to learn lifecycle marketing properly and work with experienced colleagues.
  • Ability to work from the London headquarters at least 3 days a week.
