About the Role
Join AIG as a GenAI Data Scientist to revolutionize insurance risk access and solutions delivery using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of insurance, lead a talented team, and work on advanced technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver data science and generative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Monitor solutions in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLM efficacy, assess ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions).
- Experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in Python.
- Experience working in an agile production-oriented environment, handling defect triage, root cause analysis, and fixes.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.
- Highly technical and hands-on team member.
