Responsibilities
- Generate new candidates against existing client requirements.
- Facilitate and attend client meetings, offering strategic and practical solutions.
- Stay abreast of market conditions and present findings to clients concisely.
- Identify opportunities for improved processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years Rec-2-Rec experience
- 2-5 years 360 Recruitment experience in a candidate short market
- 2-5 years Inhouse/Talent Acquisition experience
