About the Role
Pearl Abyss is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to create innovative marketing assets for European audiences across PC, mobile, and console platforms, supporting current and upcoming game releases.
Responsibilities
- Create stunning visuals for paid campaigns, social banners, thumbnails, landing pages, newsletters, and print materials.
- Localize assets and adapt designs for European audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve creative objectives.
- Keep branding sharp and consistent across every channel.
- Prepare and optimize files for both digital deployment and print production.
- Retouch and polish images to perfection.
- Brainstorm fresh concepts and push creative boundaries.
- Deliver powerful messages and visuals that connect players to our worlds.
- Work closely with video editing and motion design teams to create high-quality visuals for audiovisual content.
- Collaborate with internal administration and HR teams to create assets and visuals for internal employee branding needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Illustration (or equivalent).
- 5+ years’ design experience (gaming industry a big plus).
- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A creative eye with attention to detail.
- Open to feedback, quick on deadlines, and ready to juggle multiple projects.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Include a portfolio or a link to your portfolio in the resume.
