About the Role
This position will lead the planning, development, and promotion of new businesses by leveraging IQVIA's Real World Data (RWD) and a wide range of domestic and international capabilities. You will challenge yourself to solve unprecedented problems and create new value by connecting payers, hospitals, central government agencies, local governments, and life sciences companies. We welcome individuals who can enjoy the uncertainty and changes inherent in new businesses and drive them forward by engaging diverse stakeholders. In the future, we expect you to take on larger roles as a new business leader or business unit leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and promotion of high-priority new businesses.
- Develop problem-solving proposals connecting payers, hospitals, central government agencies, local governments, and life sciences companies.
- Promote and manage various projects.
- Manage project progress and budget.
- Collaborate with and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Present to domestic and international senior management.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of project participation experience in a consulting firm.
- Ability to create proposals and deliverables.
- Communication skills to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactiveness to take on unfamiliar areas and new challenges.
- High intellectual curiosity and inquisitiveness regarding societal and healthcare industry issues.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and customer service skills.
- Business-level English proficiency.
