Responsibilities
- Identify relevant use cases.
- Implement solutions from prototype to production.
- Develop the next generation of Data Science solutions for our clients.
- Advance the use of generative and agentic AI.
- Identify improvement and value enhancement potentials.
- Develop targeted analyses.
- Ensure data is used value-creatingly.
- Identify, design, test, and successfully implement data-driven use cases from idea to scaling.
- Ensure AI solutions are successfully implemented and scaled in real environments.
- Maintain close contact with decision-makers on the client side.
Requirements
- Successful Master's degree in fields such as Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Initial practical Data Science experience and knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation/RAG).
- Initial experience with agentic AI and common frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is a plus.
- Sound programming skills in Python.
- Experience with common frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience in data aggregation (e.g., SQL, Spark).
- Knowledge in databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector, or Graph databases) is advantageous.
- Knowledge in BI and Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) is advantageous.
- Experience with Cloud Solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) is advantageous.
- The talent to analyze problems with sharp intellect and then solve them creatively and effectively in close collaboration with clients.
