About the Role
Buzz Gym is seeking a passionate and energetic Fitness Manager to lead the fitness team and create an outstanding member experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Personal Trainers and fitness team.
- Grow Personal Training performance and revenue.
- Manage and develop the Group Exercise programme.
- Build strong relationships with members.
- Support membership growth, retention, and club targets.
- Organize fitness challenges, events, and community activities.
- Maintain high standards across the gym floor, studios, and equipment.
Requirements
- Passionate about fitness and people.
- Confident in leading and developing a team.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to create an energetic and welcoming gym environment.
- Desire to help members and fitness professionals achieve their goals.
