About the Role

This role involves taking ownership of group-level accounting and monthly financial reporting in NetSuite, while partnering across the business to manage vendor payment forecasting, operational finance, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead the month-end close and consolidation process for the group in NetSuite, including GL reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany settlements.
Analyze key vendors and build rolling accounts payable forecasts to support cash flow management and working capital optimization.
Act as the primary finance contact for external audits, statutory compliance, and annual reporting requirements.
Drive NetSuite system enhancements, automation initiatives, and finance process improvements across Australian operations.

Requirements

4+ years of accounting or audit experience, gained within an accounting firm or a commercial corporate environment.
Solid technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and AASB standards, with hands-on experience in group financial reporting and complex reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or a comparable ERP system) alongside advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgement and drive procedural improvements.
