About the Role

Trusted Shops creates digital trust between people, businesses, and AI Agents, enabling millions of consumers to make confident online decisions and businesses to build trust and grow sustainably. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Scalable Business Platform within the Platform Operations Unit.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable configurations, automations, and platform governance standards.
Operate and develop our Salesforce ecosystem (esp. Service Cloud), focusing on stability, performance, and data quality.
Translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions, from day-to-day feature requests to large-scale initiatives.
Lead change management processes, improve documentation, and enable internal users through training.
Support integration, data protection (GDPR), access models, and participate in our GitHub-based CI/CD setup.
Act as the senior go-to person in the Admin team: review complex solutions, mentor colleagues, and ensure quality.
Collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic solutions for sustainable growth.

Requirements

Degree in IT, Business Informatics or comparable field or vocational training with relevant professional experience.
5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce in the Service Cloud in cross-functional, complex environments.
Expertise in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Custom Objects etc.
Ability to mentor peers, review solutions, and communicate clearly with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of platform scalability, data architecture, and agile collaboration.
Solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organizational skills.
Structured approach to work.
Fluency in English.
