About the Role
We design the system, steer the output, and take responsibility for what we ship. Fast where it makes sense. Careful where it matters. Responsibilities
- Develop and expand powerful SDKs that reliably function across the entire CTV and Mobile ecosystem.
- Ensure a consistent technical foundation by identifying overlaps between platforms and merging architectures.
- Shape the technical and product evolution, balancing rapid feature development with strategic refactoring and technical debt reduction.
- Implement platform-specific logic based on a shared TypeScript core to ensure native feel.
- Establish a rigorous testing culture and continuously develop the team through mentoring and code reviews.
Requirements
- Proficiency in complex TypeScript architectures and ability to work with Vanilla JavaScript when required.
- Experience in mobile development (e.g., React Native, Kotlin, Swift) or platform-specific device engineering.
- Understanding of software optimization for resource-constrained environments.
- Commitment to thorough testing, including edge cases.
- Ability to bring together diverse technical perspectives and collaborate on solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is a plus.
- Experience with Grafana dashboards and Graylog traces for operational issue detection is a plus.
- A portfolio, side project, or demo repository demonstrating practical implementation skills is valued over a traditional CV.
