About the Role
AI is central to our strategy. You will build and develop AI agents based on our data foundation, contributing to our goal of becoming the leading AI-ERP solution in the DACH region for building cleaning companies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our data and go-to-market stack, working closely with leadership and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the existing automation stack into an agent setup.
- Own the existing warehouse and data model.
- Reliably operate tracking and analytics in Hex.
- Co-build and further develop agents.
- Serve as the point of contact for Make automations in Sales and Customer Service.
- Collaborate closely with GTM and leadership on the data and GTM stack.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Data, Analytics, or Automation (e.g., Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, RevOps, Ops-Engineering, Founder).
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience managing and evolving a data model.
- Experience with production automations using tools like Make.com or n8n, including maintaining robust workflows.
- An AI-first mindset with experience building personal or professional AI agents or LLM workflows.
- Ability to understand and translate GTM processes, particularly Sales/CS needs.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to actively participate.
