About the Role
The New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts. As an associate in the Litigation Department, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Drafting briefs
- Arguing motions
- Taking depositions
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of substantial litigation experience
- Experience handling complex, high-stakes matters is preferred, particularly in commercial litigation, investigations, white-collar defense, securities litigation, and managed care
- Top law firm experience preferred
- A combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered
- Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar
