About the Role
The HUB24 Group Graduate Program for FY27 offers a 2-year rotational experience across various business units, designed to develop key skills, explore strategic growth priorities, and conclude with the intent of moving into permanent positions within the HUB24 group.
Responsibilities
- Complete four 6-month rotations aligned with strategic growth priorities across HUB24 Group functions such as Group Technology, Product Strategy & Development, Innovation & Solutions, and Operations.
- Participate in tailored learning and development opportunities throughout each rotation.
- Engage with the Early Career Professionals community, including social and networking events.
- Attend professional development workshops and an annual graduate conference.
- Receive regular feedback and development conversations.
- Receive support from graduate buddies, mentors, and leaders.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a focus on business, data, or technology (completed by the end of 2026).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Ability to innovate, problem-solve, and a willingness to learn.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Must possess full Australian working rights.
