You will manage your store like your own business, understanding the numbers, developing your team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Run the business, focusing on sales, costs, and KPIs to make informed decisions.
- Grow and develop your team, managing recruiting, onboarding, and training.
- Create the desired customer experience through excellent consultation and service.
- Ensure smooth operations, including staffing, inventory management, and store standards.
- Build community by implementing campaigns, events, and local activities to strengthen customer connections.
Requirements
- Several years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proficiency in using KPIs for decision-making and improvement.
- Knowledge of personnel planning and labor law.
- Ability to lead clearly, commit, and focus on team development.
- Enjoyment of sales and being actively involved.
- Structured work approach and problem-solving skills.
- German language proficiency at C1 level and English at B1 level.
