About the Role
Customer Deployed AI Consultantは、お客様の現場の最前線に「前進配置」され、経営層やマネジメント層と密接に連携しながら、ビジネス上の重要課題に対して最適なAIソリューションを実装し、確かなビジネス効果を創出する使命を担うポジションです。お客様と協働するチームの中心的役割として、業務課題の探索、構造化と優先順位付け、AIによる解決施策の設計、実行ロードマップの策定、AIソリューションの実装、組織への導入と効果の科学的分析を牽引します。
Responsibilities
- お客様と協働するチームの中心として、以下の一連の業務を実行します。
- 課題探索： 経営層や現場との対話を通じ、取り組むべき本質的なビジネス課題を発見する。
- 構造化と優先順位付け： 課題間の依存関係やコスト・効果を分析し、アプローチの順序を定義する。
- 解決施策の設計： リスク分析や期待効果の定量化を含め、AIを活用した解決策を設計する。
- ロードマップの作成： 組織への定着と効果創出を見据えた戦略的な実行計画を策定する。
- ソリューションの実装： プロンプトエンジニアリング、エージェント開発、評価（evals）フレームワークの構築、システム連携、および本番環境へのデプロイを実行する。
- 組織的導入と効果の科学的分析： 解決策を定着させ、効果を測定・分析し、継続的な改善サイクルを回す。
- デプロイ・運用支援： エンタープライズ環境（VPC構成、権限設計、セキュリティ・コンプライアンス対応等）での手厚い（White-glove）導入支援、および監視・保守・インシデント対応。
- 製品連携： 顧客からのフィードバックを製品ロードマップに反映させるためのドキュメント化と共有。
- 最新技術のキャッチアップ： LLMの能力、実装パターン、AI開発スタックの最新動向の継続的な学習。
- 往訪・常駐： 課題解決のフェーズに応じ、必要に応じてお客様先（業務の20〜50%程度）へ赴き、対面での協働を行う。
Requirements
- FDE、または顧客折衝やコンサルティングを伴うソフトウェアエンジニアとしての4年以上の経験（技術系スタートアップ等の創業経験者も歓迎）。
- ビジネス価値の観点から課題を発見し、コストや効果に基づいて客観的に構造化・優先順位付けができること。
- LLMやAIプロダクトの本番運用経験。高度なプロンプトエンジニアリング、AI Agent開発、評価フレームワーク構築、スケールを考慮したデプロイ経験。
- Pythonに精通し、本番環境向けのアプリケーションを開発・リリースした経験（TypeScript、Javaなどの経験があれば尚可）。
- 期待効果を定量的・科学的に評価可能な形で設計し、導入後に測定・分析して施策をチューニングできること。
- 現場担当者から経営層まで、多様なステークホルダーに対して技術とビジネスの両面をわかりやすく伝えられること。
- 複雑な組織や曖昧な状況下でも、自ら道を切り拓き、自律的にプロジェクトを前進させられること。
- 顧客への強い共感性を持ち、チームの中心として組織横断的な協働を誠実に推進できること。
- 金融、ヘルスケア、公共、製造などのエンタープライズ業界における深いドメイン知識。
- Red Hat AI、OpenShift、その他Red Hat製品群に関する知見、およびAI推論（Inference）ソリューションの設計・チューニング経験。
- 組織再設計、業務プロセス改革、リスク分析を伴うコンサルティングまたはPMOの経験。
- エンタープライズITシステムにおける、顧客所有のクラウド環境でのデプロイ管理実績（セキュリティレビュー、コンプライアンス、変更管理等の対応経験）。
- Go、GraphQL API、LLMインフラ等の本番運用経験。
- プロフェッショナルサービス分野での就業経験。
