About the Role
The Graduate Engineer role is an entry-level position at RecordPoint, serving as a structured launchpad for a technical career. The program includes four three-month rotations, culminating in a project rotation across engineering and customer-facing teams, ensuring a deep understanding of the company, products, and customers. Skill development is a primary focus, with a significant number of current engineers having started in this program. Upon completion, graduates transition into junior engineering roles.

- Build the technical foundations, product knowledge, and delivery discipline necessary for a junior engineering role.

- Utilize AI to accelerate learning, debugging, and documentation across rotations.
- Build applied-AI capability as a core outcome of the program.
