About the Role
Support high school students and their guardians through counseling, selection exams, interviews, pre-departure preparations, and post-departure follow-ups for high school exchange programs. This role is ideal for those who wish to support the future of Japan, work in a global environment connecting Japan and the world, and develop skills through flexible, autonomous work.
Responsibilities
- Contacting individuals who requested materials (individual counseling, inviting them to various events)
- Planning and operating various events such as information sessions and selection tests
- Screening program participants (conducting interviews and written tests)
- Preparing and conducting pre-departure orientations
- Providing airport support on departure day
- Communicating with local staff
- Supporting participants during their study abroad period
- Planning and operating post-return parties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Over 1 year of B to C Sales experience
- English proficiency sufficient for participating in internal meetings
- Full fluent Japanese proficiency
