About the Role
Trusted empowers the healthcare workforce with technology-first solutions to optimize the clinical workforce. We help leading employers automate the matching and fulfillment of clinical staff, driving down labor costs and reducing administrative burden. We are hiring a class of up to 5 Clinical Staffing Recruiters to start in December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments.
- Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians and meaningfully contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targets.
- Utilize independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in gathering detailed information on clinician goals, desires and constraints to identify and pitch relevant opportunities.
- Draw from prior experience and exercise judgment to evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in systems, processes and tools to engage with job seekers, identify opportunities, pitch and submit job seekers, and manage end-to-end job search workflows.
- Contribute to team culture positively and regularly surface feedback productively.
- Other duties include emergency phone line coverage, 1 week long shift per year.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting in the travel nursing industry is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is required.
- Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies.
- AA/AS or BA/BS Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Charge and/or preceptor experience are a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or travel experience is a plus!

- $65,538-$72,000 annually, plus equity.
