About the Role
As Senior Electronic Inspector, you will be the final authority on whether our PCBAs, cables, and harnesses meet quality standards, and will guide other inspectors on complex issues. Your role is crucial for ensuring the reliability of our industrial robot arms.
Responsibilities
- Inspect PCBA and electronic assemblies against IPC-A-610 acceptability criteria
- Inspect cables and wire harnesses against IPC/WHMA-A-620
- Lead First Article Inspections for electronic assemblies
- Mentor Receiving Inspectors on electronic inspection techniques and IPC standards
- Own inspection records and traceability for electronic components
- Review electronic assembly drawings and flag inspectability issues to NPI and Engineering
- Support 6S and FOD programs in the electronics QC area, with a focus on FOD control
Requirements
- 5+ years of electronic inspection experience in a manufacturing QC environment
- Ability to read schematics and electronic assembly drawings fluently
