About the Role
As an IT engineer, contribute to and support the operation of a modern IT workplace environment for various clients using modern technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end users, respond to technical incidents, troubleshoot issues, and document the process.
- Manage and maintain various IT assets and update CMDB accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and support modern workplace and end-user computing solutions.
- Collaborate across various technology teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery of workplace technology strategy.
Requirements
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve IT issues.
- Knowledge of various cloud workplace environments such as Azure and AWS, and modern device management practices.
- Demonstrated experience deploying and operating modern workplace environments in medium to large enterprises.
- Experience authoring/reviewing technical documents.
- Experience supporting various IT infrastructures such as printers, routers, and servers.
