About the Role

Responsibilities
- Offer specialized support on complex legal contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and client policies and legal standards.
- Serve as the tertiary escalation point for contractual matters or when more in-depth legal expertise is required.
- Analyze contract drafts, suggest revisions, and ensure alignment with company and client standards and negotiation strategy.
- Work closely with legal, sourcing, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, enforceable, and beneficial.
- Maintain records of escalated cases and contribute to contract negotiation playbooks or knowledge bases.
Requirements
- A degree in Law or a related field (para-legal background welcome).
- Interest or experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts.
- Understanding of legal terms and how they apply in a business context.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in your approach.
- Interest in Financial Markets.
