About the Role
Join our clinic and strengthen our team in Internal Medicine I (Angiology / Cardiology / Diabetology) as a Project and Clinic Coordinator. This is a temporary full-time/part-time position, initially as a maternity and parental leave cover until at least December 31, 2028.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of clinic projects
- Preparation of certifications and medical key figures
- Participation in clinical studies (monitoring and documentation of results)
- Support in the creation and implementation of clinical processes (e.g., SOPs)
Requirements
- Completed medical vocational training
- Business administration knowledge in a hospital setting and experience in project work/organization are required
- Structured, independent work style and very good communication and teamwork skills characterize you
- Willingness for personal and professional development
- Confident communication in German and English, both spoken and written
