About the Role
Human Capital is a venture firm dedicated to empowering builders of technology. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to own candidate experience from end-to-end, handling everything from scheduling interviews to improving Talent Operations programs, processes, and systems. This role partners closely with embedded talent teams and portfolio companies, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a focus on candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the candidate experience throughout their journey with our Portfolio Companies and internally at Human Capital
- Partner closely with our embedded talent teams to move candidates efficiently through our Portfolio Companies interview processes
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle any type of candidate logistics in a timely and accurate manner
- Improve and refine internal processes, systems, and our general approach related to candidate experience
- Initiate and contribute to projects that will improve and scale our recruiting processes, as well as those of our Portfolio Companies
Requirements
- Previous experience scheduling or coordinating meetings or interviews, even as part of a broader role
- Demonstrated growth and rapid learning

Salary/Compensations
- $85,000 - $110,000
