Responsibilities
- Grow technical knowledge and business acumen through a structured learning and development program.
- Undertake CA qualification with financial and study leave support.
- Receive guidance from a dedicated coaching Manager and Partner.
- Work alongside leading Partners and specialists across a broad range of industries.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in national and international secondment opportunities.
- Make a meaningful difference through social, environmental, and sustainability initiatives.
- Engage with committees and networks.
Requirements
- On track to complete studies by mid-2027, or have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last two years.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, a Permanent Resident of Australia, or a visa-holder (subject to conditions).
- International students studying at an Australian tertiary institution with a 485 or 500 visa type are invited to complete an Expression of Interest.
- Demonstrate full-time working rights within Australia at the time of application.
- Successful candidates must maintain a current visa or independently apply for and obtain permanent residency.
