About the Role
The Digital Product Manager is a customer-focused, commercially minded, and data-driven product leader responsible for the vision, strategy, delivery, optimization, and scaling of digital products across Sonova’s B2C ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring digital experiences solve meaningful customer and business problems and translate strategic objectives into scalable capabilities that create measurable customer value, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, value proposition, and outcome-based roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and the broader digital experience strategy.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery, validation, and business case development through design, delivery, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
- Champion a customer-first approach using research, journey mapping, personas, accessibility principles, and behavioral data to identify unmet needs and reduce friction across digital journeys.
- Translate strategy into measurable product outcomes, prioritized initiatives, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, maintaining a transparent backlog and making evidence-based trade-off decisions.
- Lead product planning, refinement, sprint, and release activities in close partnership with UX, engineering, content, analytics, architecture, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
- Define product KPIs and measurement plans, monitoring adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction, reliability, and business impact, using insights, experimentation, and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with global, regional, and local teams to capture market requirements, manage configuration needs, and scale reusable capabilities while balancing consistency with relevant localization.
- Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable integrations across web, app, CRM, content, booking, analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure products meet applicable privacy, consent, security, accessibility, regulatory, and data-quality requirements, with clear governance and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify and validate opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies where they create demonstrable customer or business value and can be deployed responsibly.
- Build alignment across commercial, marketing, operations, retail, IT, and market stakeholders, communicating priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly to senior audiences.
- Guide external partners through clear outcomes, requirements, and quality standards, and monitor delivery against agreed scope and performance expectations.
Requirements
