About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will define and direct the technical strategy for large enterprise accounts, driving the adoption of ML & AI. You will leverage your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership to maximize success in these accounts, acting as the main technical voice for Databricks and leading customers on a transformational journey.
Responsibilities
- Define and direct the technical strategy for large enterprise accounts.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks.
- Implement technical strategy in alignment with account strategy.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Work with sales teams and technical peers to drive business outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting Data and AI solutions within the Financial Services and Insurance domains.
- Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams to success within an account.
- Experience working with very large global accounts (>$1m ARR).
- Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Ability to present a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud (Azure & AWS).
- Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
