- Drive channel-level conversion by partnering with marketing across various acquisition channels.
- Optimize free-to-paid conversion through paywalls, pricing, packaging, and upsell flows.
- Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation engine with clear hypotheses and reliable readouts.
- Improve engagement and resurrection through retention and lifecycle programs.
- Support new product and market launches with growth instrumentation, funnel design, experimentation, and reporting.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy, moving quickly from insight to execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Growth Product Management experience in a consumer or prosumer product-led growth environment.
- Demonstrated impact on key growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, monetization).
- Deep experience optimizing onboarding and user funnels, ideally across different acquisition sources.
- Strong experimentation background, including A/B testing, sample sizing, holdouts, and interpreting results.
- Highly quantitative and comfortable working directly with data, including SQL and/or product analytics platforms.
- Experience with growth tooling such as Amplitude or similar analytics platforms, Stripe, GA4, attribution tools, and lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
- Strong product judgment and ability to identify high-leverage opportunities from data and user insights.
