About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our team in the Schenectady area. Your leadership and management skills will be critical to the success of our practice, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and staff management to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our pediatric and orthodontic practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Work closely with all staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Manage the financial performance of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
- Drive profitability through strategic planning, sales management, and implementation of growth initiatives.
- Oversee regional employees regarding schedules, compliance, and performance.
- Create lasting relationships with the team, patients, referral sources, and local community.
- Hit key metrics and performance goals.
- Interview candidates for open positions, onboard, and oversee training of new hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years management or supervisor experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental office regulations and compliance requirements
- Previous Dental Office experience

- Cloud9 dental software or other orthodontic software
- Revenue cycle management
