About the Role
ProductWind is seeking a Product Manager to work on our Enterprise SAAS platform and mobile app, supporting product launches and driving feature adoption. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams, as well as significant interaction with sales and clients to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work on ProductWind’s Enterprise SAAS platform for product launches.
- Work on ProductWind’s mobile app for creator campaign management.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and development team to deliver, test, and hand off new features.
- Promote feature adoption through training tools and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams.
- Develop written product requirements and UX requirements.
- Become an expert on ProductWind products.
- Spend 25%+ of time working between Product and Go-to-Market.
- Support sales proposals and answer product-related questions.
- Present data stories to buyers.
- Join sales and client calls for discovery, demo, and renewal conversations.
- Capture customer feedback and translate it into platform development.
- Own products or projects end-to-end.
- Work with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams.
- Develop strong product and UX instincts.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Act as a critical thinker, fast learner, and strong collaborator.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, program management, solutions consulting, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of the product development process.
- Analytical ability, comfortable working with performance data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply, in writing and verbally.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders at enterprise brands.
- Product curiosity and desire to grow in a product career.
- Low ego, high ownership mentality.
- Experience building Enterprise SAAS products, E-commerce, or Social products.
- Proven ability to own products or projects end-to-end.
- Experience working with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams.
- Strong product and UX instincts.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
