Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring every guest receives expert service and recommendations.
- Oversee inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings and drive sales growth.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing and product availability as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that meets company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong skills in training development and staff supervision.
- Excellent mathematical skills for inventory management and pricing analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with payroll management and other software is a plus.
Salary/Compensations
- $70,000 - $90,000 per year
