- Development Team oversees every phase of new projects, from site selection, zoning and market studies to designs tailored for specific housing markets. We partner with NYS Homes and Community Renewal, Office of Temporary Disability Assistance, NYS Empire State Development, financial institutions, private equity firms/syndicators, and neighborhood organizations. Our portfolio spans multifamily, ADA accessible, senior, permanent supportive, and low-income housing, as well as scattered-site infill and commercial projects.
